We know you must have found something fabulous, and now you want to know more about how you can get your hands on it. The thing that makes Home of Artisans unique is that you buy directly from the studios of our Artisans.
Everything on our website is made by hand and in limited edition quantities. We all know that good things come to those who wait, and waiting for something special is definitely worth it. Therefore, sometimes some of the items on our site may take longer to deliver than others. This is because our Artisan might just be making your selected item by hand just as you place your order.
With an integrated shopping basket, you can order as many items from as many artisans as you like in one, simple transaction through our secure payment gateway.
Once your order is placed and you have received your email confirmation from Home of Artisans, each artisan will package up your item and dispatch it as soon as it is made and ready.
Our Artisan studios are located all over the world from the UK and Europe, to the US, Australia, Russia, and Middle East / Africa, so shipping costs do vary depending on where you and they are located. Shipping costs for each Artisan are automatically calculated and totalled for you at checkout.
All of our Artisans have been through a rigorous screening process. And we’re proud to say that quality of product and great customer service are just as important to our Artisans, as they are to us. I would like to order something, but my country is not listed during the order process?
Home of Artisans and our Artisans ship all over the world. If you don't see your country listed when placing an order please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will be able to arrange the shipment for you without a problem.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All of our artists, designers and makers will despatch your item as soon as they can. Some of them may be busy making your order as you order it. Custom made items will always take this little bit longer and this will be featured on the product page(s).
We will confirm your delivery timing during the payment and delivery confirmation email that we will send you.
As soon as your goods leave the Artisans studio, we’ll send you an email to confirm it has been dispatched.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived at your door during the timeframe specified by us, then please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll promptly look into it for you.
Will I have to pay a customs tax charge when the product arrives in my country?
Some countries enforce a local tax on products over a certain value. Please check this with your local country where the product will be delivered. In order to receive your goods you will be required to pay this to the local authority.
We want our Artisans products positioned in prime locations within your home. We want you to be proud of your purchase and 100% happy with it.
If for any reason you aren’t 100% happy with an item when it arrives, please advise us within 7 days of receiving the goods, by emailing us at email@example.com and we will advise you on how you can return it. This needs to be done within 7 days of receipt of your piece, notify us, return your item and we will issue a refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned goods.
If you aren't happy with your purchase, or if it gets damaged in transit - please email us at the same address firstname.lastname@example.org.
In all other cases, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post when it is being returned.
